During this interactive cooking class led by Chef Amira, you'll get an introduction to Southern cooking techniques and flavors that will warm your heart and soul.
Begin by mixing and baking up warm cornbread muffins. Then, learn how to prepare traditional chicken smothered in a creamy sauce, and blend sweet and spicy ingredients to create classic collard greens infused with smoked meat, apple cider vinegar and hot sauce. Finally, handcraft a delicious, down-home banana pudding for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
