Discover authentic French recipes and traditional culinary methods in this cooking class. Led by a world-class chef, you'll start by pan-searing salmon and preparing a white wine sauce. Next, practice grilling green beans in a tarragon and chive butter and steaming rice with fresh herbs. Dessert is an elegant and refreshing mousse au citron.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
