In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Warren, you will learn how to prepare a gourmet, multi-course steakhouse meal using fresh, high-quality ingredients and easy-to-master cooking techniques.
Chef Warren will begin by teaching you how to construct a hearty wedge salad studded with bacon, walnuts, and bleu cheese. For the main course, you will learn how to make your own homemade chimichurri to top your skirt steak as well as herbed and roasted red potatoes. Lastly, end on a sweet note with homemade chocolate lava cake for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
