You will start with the California roll, with crunchy cucumbers, avocado, and surimi over sushi rice and nori. Next, you will create a fresh and spicy ahi tuna roll. Finally, it’s time to make your own Philadelphia roll, with cream cheese, avocado, and cucumbers. Learn to roll each sushi roll with an authentic sushi mat and artfully present your three artful sushi creations.
The cooking class is set in a brewery. Ready your aprons for a dash of fun in this pop-up cooking class! Please note that participants must be 21 years old or older.
