Put an Italian spin on summer cooking with this Tuscan-inspired meal that's easy yet delicioius.
Transport yourself to Tuscany, at least in spirit, with this chef-led cooking class. Prepare a summery Tuscan chicken, cooked under a brick like the Italians do it and bursting with bright lemon and savory rosemary flavors. Stir up a creamy risotto then slice and dice garden-fresh veggies for a fresh side salad before moving onto a chocolate panna cotta.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
