In this interactive cooking class, Chef Gun will teach you how to prepare a classic Thai breakfast of savory dishes.
Begin by preparing a pot of jasmine rice seasoned with soy sauce. Then, learn Chef Gun's special cooking techniques to steam fish the Thai way for a flavorful entrée sparkling with hints of ginger, plenty of black soy sauce, and scallions. To top off your with something sweet, finish the class by preparing a dish of oranges in a cold sugar syrup.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
