Next, cook wild-caught salmon paired with shrimp blanketed in a creamy Cajun-spiced sauce and sided by potatoes in butter. For dessert, Chef Joy will teach you how to bake a delicate peach puff pastry tart with mascarpone.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
