You’ll then braise a rich and tender coq au vin or opt for a hearty boeuf Bourguignon, slow-cooked to perfection. For dessert, Chef Damon will teach you the art of preparing delicate fruit tarts with buttery crusts and vibrant fillings. This class is perfect for anyone looking to bring a touch of France to their kitchen.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
