About
Indulge in the vibrant flavors and aromas of Indian cuisine with Chef Sarah.
In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Sarah unveils the range of fragrant spices and enticing ingredients that are signature of Indian cooking. You will learn how to develop depth and complexity of flavor across an Indian-inspired feast, featuring chilis, tamarind and an array of bold spices.
Begin your Indian excursion by crafting corn pakoras to pair with an herbaceous coriander chutney. Then, prepare a classic chicken vindaloo with basmati rice and garlic naan, accompanied by a sweet tamarind chutney. Finish by making rich coconut ladoo, a traditional Indian dessert, alongside a warming cup of chai.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
