Join gourmet Chef Luis on a cuisine journey across the sunlit fields of Spain as you partake in a feast of Spanish foods. Start your journey with marinated olives before enjoying the spicy chorizo bathed in red wine. The next course is seafood, Gambas al Ajillo — an aromatic combination of garlic, salt and shrimp that pairs well with the wine that you brought with you. Complete your Spanish journey with a traditional dessert like a sweet Spanish flan and grilled olive oil bread served with a rich Pamb Tomaquet.
