Step into the heart of Tuscany with this immersive cooking class, where you'll master the art of handmade pici pasta. With just a few simple ingredients, you'll roll, twist and stretch the dough into perfect, chewy strands, just like the Italian nonnas do.
Once your pasta is ready, you’ll elevate it with a rich carbonara sauce made from crispy guanciale, Pecorino Romano and black pepper, bringing out bold and comforting flavors. To complete your Italian feast, you'll create a classic tiramisu - -layering espresso-soaked ladyfingers with creamy mascarpone and finishing with a dusting of cocoa powder. Enjoy a fun-filled experience of cooking, laughter and delicious food and take home skills to recreate these authentic Tuscan dishes anytime!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
