Join Chef Zenjaia for an Asian cooking class with a plant-based twist merging the best of global cuisines. You and like-minded fellows will learn essential skills and cooking techniques to master this vegan menu without compromising on flavor.

You'll start by cutting and frying some crispy loaded "bulgogi" fries vegan variation with plenty of garlic and Sriracha. Next, you'll prepare lentil bites over white rice with a generous amount of general Tso's sauce. Dessert is a popular vegan Biscoff tiramisu that you'll prepare from start to finish.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
