Using fresh, wholesome ingredients, you'll prepare a zesty mango salsa and a batch of cassava chips for your starter. Next, create vegetable tostadas topped with roasted poblano cream sauce and served with Mexican cauliflower rice. And for dessert, whip up a Mexican chocolate mousse made with avocado, ancho chile powder and coconut milk.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
