Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Taquitos

Description

Crispy outside, and creamy and cheesy inside, these Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Taquitos are a fun, easy finger food appetizer that’s perfect for game day!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken breast
  • ½ cup Buffalo wing sauce
  • ¼ cup Ken's Ranch Dressing plus additional for dipping
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper optional
  • 1 cup freshly grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • 6 flour or corn tortillas fajita/taco size, 6-inch
  • Chopped green onions optional; for serving
  • Olive oil or cooking spray

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the chicken, Buffalo sauce, and seasonings. Divide into 6 equal portions.
  2. Lay each tortilla flat and place a portion of the filling in the center. Roll tightly and secure with toothpicks. Place a single layer in the air fryer seam-side down.
  3. Place taquitos into the air fryer basket in a single layer and lightly mist with cooking spray (cook in batches if needed). Air fry at 380°F for 8-12 minutes. Sprinkle with green onions, dip with ranch, and DEVOUR!
